DELIVERY
Every effort is made to ship in-stock merchandise the next day. To ensure next day delivery, please place your order before 5:00pm. 98% or our shipments are made on APAC PAPER trucks. We do not ship to redistribution accounts. Those accounts must arrange to pick up their orders.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
$100.00 Regular accounts-customer pick up
$200.00 Regular accounts within a 50 mile radius – free delivery
$250.00 Non account customers within a 50 mile radius – free delivery
$250.00 Redistribution accounts minimum order – customer pick up
$300.00 Regular accounts within a 51-200 mile radius – free delivery
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified by APAC PAPER
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Industry wide standards on special run items are plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. If you need an exact quantity, you must specify such and you will be quoted on exact quantities.
Special items we stock for customers will be held on our floor for a maximum of 90 days with signed documentation from the customer acknowledging such.
RETURNS
An RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number must be issued before any material can be returned and in order for any credit to be issued. Returned material must be in unopened packaging. Normal stocking items may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order items are non-returnable. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGED MATERIAL
Claims for shortages or damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
